Challenge
The special challenge posed by this project was the construction of a very flat 205 m SI [16 SMD]
NT LED fascia display for the first upper terrace as well as the installation of a 24 m SI [10 SMD]
NT LED ribbon display under the existing video cube. The previous display on the exterior of the
arena was also replaced with an S[quadrat] SO [16] NT video display. This was a true “high-wire”
operation at dizzying heights as the VIP area itself was also still closed due to renovation work.
The fact that everything had to be completed by the end of the summer break required a double
quick turnaround, plenty of care and attention, and of course the utmost precision.
Solution
Thanks to their extensive experience in previous successful projects of this type, the “Just in time”
team from S[quadrat] were perfectly equipped to get the job done. Thanks to well-organised,
rapid delivery and construction together well-versed employees, the displays were connected
and ready for use on time for the end of the summer break.
